Bilingual (Spanish) Technical Support Agents assist customers who have called in for assistance on the phone. Primary job responsibilities include resolving customer's problems, technical support, and general customer care.

| Responsibilities: |
Must be able to speak fluently in Spanish and English. Have a commitment to learn and a passion to assist customers. Must have good problem solving skills, good listening skills, and willingness to help. Responsibilites will include troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.

| Qualifications: |
Basic understanding of PC hardware and Windows operating Systems. Knowledge of basic Internet connectivity. Technical help desk experience a plus. High school Diploma or GED required. Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
